Geo-Coolers
The Geo-Cooler provides exclusive water and air cooling capabilities to reduce cycled mud/fluid temperatures. Used successfully throughout the United States and internationally since 1979, this transportable fluid cooling system is the #1 choice for geothermal, hot oil and gas well fields.		  
 
    Insulated Drill Pipe
When conventional drillpipe is replaced with Insulated Drill Pipe (IDP), heat flow through the pipe wall is dramatically reduced. Used independently, or in conjunction with the Geo-Cooler, IDP allows much cooler drilling fluid to reach the drill bit. This minimizes the damaging effect of high formation temperature on drilling tools, materials, and processes. IDP also enables drilling engineers to optimize the use of downhole motors, electronics, and steering tools.		  
 
    Geo-Chiller
A versatile new product from DrillCool, the Geo-Chiller is perfect for Arctic Drilling and SAGD applications. The Geo-Chiller not only stabilizes the wellbore and drilling rig, but also stabilizes the permafrost, to ensure that drilling is performed on solid arctic formations. In SAGD applications, Geo-Chilled drilling fluid allows the bitumen formation to remain intact during drilling operations, thus minimizing wellbore instability. 		 
 
    Flow Tracker I
The Flow Tracker I measures the flow rate of drilling fluids leaving the well. When a kick is present, the velocity of the mudflow increases and the rolling float meter measures a sudden increase in outflow. This allows drill operators to know exactly what's coming out of the well, giving them time to increase the weight of the mud, making it heavy enough to keep the gas or oil from flowing into the well bore.		  
 
    Leams
LEAMS stands for Low Emissions, Atmospheric, Metering, Separator. Leams is intended for geothermal drilling and well-testing use. This system is designed to be environmentally friendly, intrinsically safe, can be used for air/mud/mist or foam drilling with the ability to meter steam and brine flow while drilling ahead.
